1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and a unique identifier from that provider.
• Communications: If you contact us for support or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you include in your message or sign-up form (e.g., email address, name).
• User-generated content: Messages, chat text, or other content you submit within our games.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage & analytics data: Pages visited, game sessions played, features used, time spent, click events, and similar interaction data.
• Game data: Game progress, scores, achievements, and leaderboard rankings.
• Device & technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, language settings, and referring URL.
• Advertising identifiers: Mobile advertising IDs or cookie-based identifiers used by our ad partners.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• Google Sign-In: Governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We receive only the profile data Google makes available during authentication.
• Apple Sign In: Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Apple may provide a relay email address at your discretion.
• Payment processors: We receive transaction confirmation and limited billing details (e.g., last four digits of a card, billing country) but never your full payment card number.
• Ad networks & analytics partners: May share aggregated or pseudonymized data about your interactions with ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account and authenticate your identity.
• Provide, operate, and improve our games and Services.
• Save and sync your game progress and settings.
• Display leaderboards and enable in-game social features.
• Process in-app purchases and fulfill virtual goods.
• Send transactional emails (e.g., purchase receipts, account notices).
• Send marketing emails and newsletters, if you have opted in.
• Serve and measure the effectiveness of advertisements.
• Analyze usage trends and improve user experience.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted vendors who process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, customer support). These vendors are contractually required to use your information only to perform services for us.

3.2 Ad Partners

We work with advertising networks to display ads within our games. These partners may receive device identifiers and usage data to deliver and measure ads. See Section 4 for more detail and opt-out options.

3.3 Other Players

Your username and leaderboard scores are visible to other players. Chat messages you send may be visible to other players in the same game session. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat.

3.4 Business Transfers

If Raccoon Foundry is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our site if such a transfer materially changes how your information is used.

3.5 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Raccoon Foundry, our users, or the public.

4. Advertising & Analytics

We use the following third-party services for analytics and advertising:

• Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics: Tracks usage metrics. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
• Google AdSense / Ad Manager (or similar): Serves personalized or contextual ads. Google's ad personalization can be managed at adssettings.google.com.
• Other ad networks: May use cookies or device identifiers to deliver interest-based ads. You can opt out of participating networks via the NAI Opt-Out Tool or the DAA WebChoices Tool.

We do not use ad targeting based on sensitive personal information (e.g., health, race, religion).

5. In-App Purchases & Payments

In-app purchases are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or similar platforms). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Your payment information is subject to the privacy policy of the applicable processor. We retain records of purchase history (items purchased, amounts, dates) to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and comply with financial regulations.

6. Leaderboards, Chat & User-Generated Content

Our games may feature public leaderboards displaying your username and score. In-game chat messages may be visible to other players. You are responsible for the content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms of Service. We may retain copies of removed content for moderation and legal purposes.

7. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in between sessions.
• Remember your preferences and game settings.
• Collect analytics data.
• Serve and measure advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our Services, including the ability to stay signed in.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may also retain certain information for longer periods to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you request account deletion (see Section 10), we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction — including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest where applicable. 10. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information ("right to be forgotten").
• Opt out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by contacting us.
• Opt out of personalized ads: Use the tools linked in Section 4.
• Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account by emailing help@raccoonfoundry.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

11. Additional Disclosures for Texas Residents

Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), including the right to:

• Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt out of the processing of personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or profiling.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial notice. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may contact the Texas Attorney General's office.

Sale of personal data: We do not sell your personal data as defined under the TDPSA. We may share data with advertising partners for targeted advertising, which may constitute "processing for targeted advertising" under Texas law; you may opt out as described in Section 4.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at help@raccoonfoundry.com and we will promptly delete such information.

13. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services (including app stores, social media platforms, and payment providers). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by applicable law, notify you by email or via a notice within our Services.
